Refund & Cancellation Policy:

1. Failed Transfers: In case of technical errors or banking network failures where money is debited, the amount will be refunded automatically to the client's source account within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Completed Processing: Service fees are non-refundable once an application has been processed or submitted to government/banking portals.
